Shipping Policy

Orders placed within the USA received before 3:00 p.m. EST.. will be processed within three business days. Items will be received between five - seven business days depending on location.

 

Orders placed Internationally before 3:00 p.m. EST. will be processed within three business days. Items will be received between six - ten business days depending on location. 

 

Mbbeautyco will NOT be responsible for any lost items. If an item was delivered but not received, you will need to contact United States Postal Service for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Due to handmade products, no refunds are permitted. However, exchanges and/or credits are allowed when product is shown to be defective within 72 hours of receipt. 

 

We also aren't responsible for ANY allergic reactions that you may have. Ingredients are listed for every product.

​

 

If a package is returned, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
